Methodology to teaching English:

Good afternoon everybody!

I'm going to speak about methodologies to teaching English at younger ages.
Firts, I think that the best methodology that we can use at the class is the routine. If our children are everyday hearing a lot of routine expressions in English they will start to repeat that routine expressions.

We have to expose children to English in many areas at the classroom:



1. Music

We usually have to put music in English. At mornings we can sing an English song with children.

There are a lot of songs in English that we can sing with the children at morning.

2. Videos

The videos and children's series are very entertained to him and there are many series in English. For example:

3. Repeat some expressions many times

A good idea to practise English with children is create a list with phrases, expressions or words in English. Every day we have to use some expressions from the list at class.

Good Morning/Good evening

How are you today?

May I go to the toilet please?

Are you thirsty? Do you want some water?

Are you hungry? Do you want to have breakfast/lunch/dinner?

This is a short methodology to teaching English to the Children. It's very important to the children's future, becaure they will be more prepared than we.
